What is TFT?
TFT is an awesome technique to balance, boost and calm your energy and tap away all your emotional problems, stress and anxieties.
Everyone knows that our body is a super highway system that keep us alive every day. We have fluids which transport oxygen, nutrients and so on to and from our cells. The lymphatic system removes toxins, our nerve cells transport signals to and from our brains and that’s just the beginning.
We also have another system, the meridians, which have been used in traditional Chinese medicine for centuries, with acupuncture one of its well-known techniques. The meridians are essential for maintaining our emotional and physical health and are the body’s motorway network for transporting information throughout our body.
In 1979 Dr. Roger Callahan developed the Thought Field Therapy® (TFT) which uses tapping of specific meridian end points to eliminate negative emotions, such as phobias, trauma, anxiety, self-sabotage and many more, that have created a “traffic jam” in the body’s transport system. TFT clears the trauma or event and the negative thoughts associated with it, leaving you with only the memory, not the emotional baggage.

What happens in a TFT session?
The tapping points are located along specific meridian points on your face, upper body and hands. Tapping these particular points in a sequence effectively treats and eliminates negative emotions.
During our session, I will teach you the tapping points first and explain what emotion is attached to each meridian. For example, tapping under the eye is associated with anxiety.
