Decorate an orange with cloves to make your house smell nice!
Today involves a bit of art & craft! I love making Christmassy smelling oranges and fill the house with anticipation. We have 5 basic senses – sight, hearing, touch, smell and taste – helping us to understand and experience the world around us. Interestingly we all have a preferred sensory system that we use more and our language is one of the things that we use to express our preference. So you may notice that someone’s language has more visual, auditory or kinaesthetic words. Can you hear them?
