Embrace your bakery skills to give your Christmas cake an unique touch. Shop bought or homemade just add a little something to make it as special as you. I made my cake again this year under the close instructions of my friend and neighbour Bernie and it was so much fun! I find the decorating quite therapeutic and relaxing in all the Christmas madness. What is your favourite way to relax and restore your mental health?
