Are you ready to indulge yourself in something delicious to get the happiness chemicals flowing in your body? Whether you treat yourself to a delicious elevenses or maybe have a sanctuous bath! Anything that makes you happy counts today! And here are your happiness chemicals simplified:
Serotonin – The Mood Stabiliser – started off through sunshine, walking in nature, meditation, sport activities
Dopamine – The Rewarder – released through eating food, self care, celebrating little wins
Endorphin – The Pain Killer – set free by laughter, exercise, essential oils, dark chocolate, watching comedy
Oxytocin – The Lover – activated by hugging, playing with an animal, giving a compliment, holding hands
So your challenge today is to release as many happiness chemicals in yourself and other people to share awesomeness this season!
